Les Rosés

IGP Alpilles
Aromatique et floral, un équilibre entre les fruits exotiques et fruits rouges cristallins.

Made from a blend of Cinsault, Merlot, Caladoc and Grenache for the “Classique” vintage; Grenache and Merlot for the “Chapelle” vintage, these two wines with an intense and complex nose will seduce you.

“Classique” vintage: an intense nose with exotic notes of peach and tangerine.

On tasting, its suave side will express freshness, crunchiness and exotic fruits.

The classic vintage obtained a Golden Crown at the 2021 Aix-en-Provence competition as well as a Bronze medal at the 2021 Decanter World Wine Awards (89/100).

“La Chapelle” vintage: a nose with notes of white peach, passion fruit and lychee with a hint of rose. On the palate, roundness, delicate impression of freshness. A wine of character and elegance, with a good final length.

Bronze medalist at the Decanter World Wine awards (score 89/100).

Les Rouges

Du cassis au fruit noir, une belle structure à la fois douce et généreuse. Une superbe longueur.

Expressive, rich and generous wines, with notes of jammy black fruits that reflect their terroir with a shelf life of 2 to 7 years.

The Classique and La Chapelle Cuvées are blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Caladoc and Marselan.

Aged in oak barrels, the Marquis cuvée is made from Marselan.

These wines are regularly awarded: Gold medal at the ELLE à table competition, silver medal at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2021, Gold medal at the Independent Winegrowers competition 2020, as well as a star in the prestigious Guide Hachette des Vins 2022. Les Pétillants

IGP Méditerranée
Façonnée avec la méthode champenoise, avec des notes de fraises et de cerise.

Festejo (En fête in Provençal language): Made using the traditional Champagne method *, Festejo is a natural rosé wine that will delight lovers of freshness and fruit.

The composition of the grape varieties (Grenache 40%, Cinsault 36%, Syrah 24%) brings out fruity and floral notes.

Cante (I sing in Provençal language): Cante is a sweeter wine than Festejo (less alcoholic but with the sugar of grape juice whose fermentation was stopped at 8°). Two proposals are available to you:

Canté Rosé made with Cinsault: on the nose and on the palate, fruity notes (strawberry, peach, cherry, passion fruit) mingle with honeyed notes. On the finish, the sweetness is fine and subtle. A surprising and gourmet wine, all in originality.

Canté Blanc (50% Chardonnay, 50% Sauvignon) expresses itself on fruity notes (pear, apricot, almond) and hints of honey. The sweetness perceived from the mid-palate gives it a gourmet side with a feeling of freshness on the finish. A round and delicate wine.

* The addition of alcohol is replaced by the addition of must (grape juice) that is frozen during the harvest, which makes it possible to vinify ripe grapes with all their aromas.
